Just five minutes from start to finish, Sun Dried Tomato Dipping Sauce is a very delicious dip for breads and appetizers, but can also be used on pizza or pasta!

Ingredients

ounces
sun dried tomatoes,
dried, not packed in oil
1 1/2
cups
canned tomato sauce

tablespoons
olive oil
1
teaspoon
dried basil
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
ground black pepper
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
dried red chili flakes,
optional
2
tablespoons
parsley,
chopped
1/4
cup
parmesan cheese,
grated
Instructions
Add all ingredient with the exception of the parmesan and 1 tablespoon of the chopped parsley to a food processor.
Pulse until desired consistency is achieved.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Stir in the parmesan cheese. Garnish with the leftover parsley and serve.
Notes
Note: Before serving, I drizzled some olive oil on top and added a sprinkling of dried red chili flakes.
One serving is equal to 1/4 cup.
