Even though this Sugar Cookie Martini doesn't have an actual sugar cookie in it, it certainly does taste like everyone's favourite holiday confection!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces vodka
  • 1.5 ounces Irish Cream
  • 3/4 ounce amaretto
  • 1 teaspoon confectioner's sugar
  • 3 tablespoons half and half milk
  • light corn syrup and candy sprinkles for garnish
  • ice

Instructions

  • Pour about two tablespoons of light corn syrup onto a small plate. Add a few tablespoons of festive sprinkles to another small plate. Dip the rim of the glass into the corn syrup and allow the excess to drip off. Dip the rim into the sprinkles and set glass aside while you mix the cocktail.
  • Add about 1/2 cup of ice to a cocktail shaker, along with the vodka, Irish Cream, amaretto, confectioner's sugar, and milk.
  • Place the lid onto the shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds.
  • Strain cocktail into a martini glass.
  • Serve immediately.
