Salt and Pepper Wings might sound rather plain and boring, but how can you go wrong with the two most common seasonings in any cook's pantry? These wings can be served just like they are or with a side dipping sauce. Furthermore, they can be tossed in a sauce too!

Ingredients

  • 24 chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Place the wings in a large bowl, add the salt, ground black pepper, and olive oil. Using tongs, coat the wings.
  • Lay the wings out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the wings from the oven, turn each wing, and bake once again for an additional 20 minutes.
  • Serve with celery sticks and your favourite prepared ranch dipping sauce.
