There are many variations on the classic cosmo, and this is one of my favourites. Raspberry Cosmo Cocktail is sweet and tart and relies heavily on fresh raspberries for flavour and colour. Be sure to add a few fresh raspberries to the glass for presentation!

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 ounces vodka
  • 3/4 ounce triple sec
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 ounce raspberry syrup
  • fresh raspberries, for garnish

Instructions

  • Measure all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake for 30 seconds to chill.
  • Pour into a chilled martini glass and serve immediately.
