1cupcrushed Oreo cookies, remove the frosting and use only the chocolate cookie part
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Lightly spray a donut pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together the cream, sour cream and eggs.
Next, beat in the butter, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, crushed Oreos, and sugar. Beat into the wet ingredients.
Dump the entire batter into a large Ziploc bag. Cut one of the lower corners off the bag, and in a circular pattern, fill the donut pan about 3/4 way full. Tap the pan firmly on the kitchen counter to get the batter to settle into the pan.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool.
Once fully cooled, place the white chocolate chips and the milk chocolate chips into separate bowls and microwave on medium speed for 30 seconds. Remove both bowls from the microwave and stir well with separate rubber spatulas. Microwave again for 30 seconds at half speed and stir well. Repeat this until both chocolates are melted and smooth.
Transfer the melted chocolate chips to separate resealable sandwich bags.
Working with one colour of melted chocolate at a time, cut a small tip from one lower corner. Hover the bag over the donuts and drizzle in a zig-zag pattern. Immediately top with the crushed oreos.
