No Bake Coconut Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls are so healthy to make and so easy too! Using wholesome ingredients, these balls pack an energy punch any time of the day!
Add the peanut butter and maple syrup to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Add all of the other ingredients and stir until well incorporated.
Portion the cookie dough into one tablespoon portions. Roll into balls and roll into the cocoa powder.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

*Adapted from Beaming Baker**Natural peanut butter, depending on the brand you use, can be quite runny. If that's the case, add one cup first and add a little more at a time until you can easily form the cookie batter into balls.
