A Jack Frost Cocktail is surprisingly tropical tasting with its pineapple, citrus, and coconut flavours! Top a highball glass with shredded coconut for a more festive-looking drink!
1/4cupcream of coconut(can substitute with strained coconut milk)
ice
light corn syrup and shredded coconut for garnish
Instructions
Pour about two tablespoons of light corn syrup onto a small plate. Add a few tablespoons of shredded coconut to another small plate. Dip the rim of the glass into the corn syrup and allow the excess to drip off. Dip the rim into the coconut and set glass aside while you mix the cocktail.
Add about 1/2 cup of ice to a cocktail shaker, along with the pineapple juice, blue curacao, white rum, and cream of coconut.
Place the lid onto the shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds.
