1cupcandy sprinkles or sugar sprinkles,colour of choice
Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set aside.
Add the flour and cornstarch to a mixing bowl and whisk to blend. Set aside.
Cream together the butter and the confectioner’s sugar until fluffy. Add salt and mix together.
Add the flour and cornstarch mixture to the butter and sugar mixture. Use your hand to knead the ingredients together. The dough will be light but will clump together.
Roll the dough into balls and roll the balls into the candy or sugar sprinkles. Set on a baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and transfer the cookies to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
