A delicious, garlicky, dry seasoning which makes the best garlic bread in a hurry – sprinkle liberally onto buttered bread and bake. Garlic Bread Seasoning tastes perfectly cheesy even though the seasoning is cheese-free!

Ingredients

nutritional yeast
(or parmesan cheese)
1/2
teaspoon
salt

tablespoons
garlic powder
2
teaspoons
dried oregano
2
teaspoons
dried basil
2
teaspoons
dried parsley
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together. Store in a labeled airtight jar.
To use, liberally butter bread and sprinkle the seasoning on top. Place under broiler until toasted.
Alternatively, grill the bread. Combine butter and garlic bread seasoning. Smear butter mixture onto warm grilled bread.
Notes
1 serving is equal to 1 teaspoon of seasoning.
