Creamy Chipotle Sauce has it all! It is a mayonnaise-based sauce, which means it's creamy and tangy and salty. It is also spicy and smoky because of the chipotle peppers packed in adobo sauce. You can literally use this sauce on just about anything you can think of!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 whole chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Measure all ingredients into a food processor.
- Pulse until the peppers are broken down and blended well into the mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer the sauce to a food-safe container and store it covered in the fridge. The sauce will last for 5-7 days.
