Crab Salad Rolls

Loaded with crab meat, these Crab Salad Rolls are a fast and easy meal that is easily completed with a handful of really crispy kettle chips! The crab meat is tossed in a savoury thick dressing made with mayonnaise, chives, dill, lemon, and celery. It really does not get any easier or any more delicious than this!

Ingredients
- 1 pound crab meat, real or imitation (flake the crab so that it's in bigger pieces)
- 1/4 cup celery, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 bread rolls
Instructions
- Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, old bay seasoning, and ground black pepper to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add in the crab meat, celery, chives, and dill. Toss well to coat and incorporate into the dressing.
- Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, toss the ingredients once again and pile them onto the bread rolls. Garnish and serve immediately with kettle chips.
