Deliciously light and crispy store-bought graham crackers are entirely dipped in melted milk chocolate and topped with a drizzle of melted white chocolate and sprinkles. These no-bake Chocolate Graham Squares are very easy to prepare and are perfect to package up in cellophane bags and gift to your favourite workmates!
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Transfer the milk chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. In increments of 30 seconds at half power, melt the chocolate, stirring well between each increment. Once the chocolate is fully melted and silky smooth, it’s time to dip the graham crackers.
Working with one cracker at a time, dip the cracker fully into the melted chocolate. Use a fork to lift the covered cracker out of the chocolate and gently tap the fork against the rim of the bowl allowing the excess chocolate to fall back into the bowl. Place the chocolate-covered cracker onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Continue until all crackers are covered. Please note, that you may or may not use all of the chocolate depending on the thickness of the chocolate or how much you tap off.
Next, melt the white chocolate chips just as you did with the milk chocolate chips.
Drizzle the white chocolate over the crackers and immediately top with sprinkles.
Once the chocolate has hardened, pack the crackers into a food-safe container with a lid. Store at room temperature.
